The new Roztyly Plaza office building, which has been built in the Roztyly district of Prague by Passerinvest Group, has been declared the winner of the Best Office Development of the Year 2024 category in the prestigious CIJ Awards. The awards recognise the most outstanding achievements and personalities in the development industry.

The CIJ Awards are now in their 24^th year, making them the longest-running competition in the field of commercial real estate in the Czech Republic.
