Brumlovka in Prague 4 is one of the largest and most successful projects of its kind in Central Europe from the perspective of developments built by a single investor, specifically Passerinvest Group. The site includes 12 office buildings (Passerinvest Group owns 9 of them), where significant local and international companies, such as ČEZ, Microsoft, UniCredit Bank and HP are headquartered. The office buildings are supplemented by 2 residential projects, a multi-function building with a unique fitness and wellness club, including a 25 m swimming pool and other services for the general public. Brumlovka's non-profit projects include, for example, a secondary and primary school and a preschool, as well as a social centre. Two parks, children's playgrounds, sports grounds and an athletic stadium were built here, all for the general public.
