The new Roztyly Plaza office building, which is going up in Prague 11 right next to the Roztyly metro station, has advanced to the next stage of construction. Now the construction work is already underway on the above-ground floors, which suggest just how unique and organic the shape of the building will be. Upon its completion, which is planned for the beginning of next year, the seven-storey building will offer offices to lease with a total area of 21,700 m², but also, for example, retail units on the ground floor, a modern cafeteria, groceries, and a pharmacy or drugstore. The modification of the closest surroundings will also follow, as will the modernisation of the adjacent suburban bus terminal and the replacement of the asphalt with the Prague mosaic, which enables, among other things, the penetration of water. The studio Aulík Fišer architekti is behind the architectural design of the building and the investor of the project is the Passerinvest Group.

Today, with the ceremonial placement of the foundation stone, the construction of the new Roztyly Plaza office building was symbolically launched. Work is currently underway on the construction of the underground levels with a capacity of 330 parking spots for tenants and another 100 spots for a P+R parking lot. The seven-storey building will offer offices with a total area of 21,700 m² to rent along with retail units on the ground floor, which will be occupied by a cafeteria, while there are also plans for a grocery store or drugstore here. The construction also includes the modification of the immediate vicinity, the bus station will be modernised, the street level landscaped and the asphalt replaced by the Prague mosaic, which will enable water to permeate. The project was designed to satisfy the needs not only of the building’s tenants, but also the general public. The renowned architecture studio Aulík Fišer architekti is behind the architectural design of the building, which has been going up since the autumn right by the Roztyly metro station on the C line. The investor is the Passerinvest Group and the construction is being carried out by GEMO a.s. The project is aiming at providing its tenants an inspirational working environment, in which it is a joy to come together.

The rising Roztyly Plaza office building to offer modern offices in Prague right on the metro’s C line In the autumn of last year, Passerinvest Group began the construction of the new Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 4 right by the Roztyly metro station on the C line. The elegant seven-storey building from the drawing boards of the renowned architecture studio Aulík Fišer architekti offers offices to rent with a total area of 21,900 m². In addition to the office function, the project brings a truly inspirational environment where it is a pleasure to meet others.BThe first tenants will be able to see for themselves at the end of 2024.

This October, Passerinvest Group started construction of the Roztyly Plaza offi ce building near the Roztyly metro station in Prague 11. Upon completion, planned for August 2023, the project designed by the studio Aulík Fišer architekti will off er a total of 23,000 m2 of offi ce space together with retail on street level and an underground P+R parking lot. The building, the construction of which will require an investment of 1.2 billion crowns, not only opens up the transformation of the immediate surroundings of the metro station and the modernisation of the existing commuter bus terminal, but will also begin the revitalisation of the wider area: Passerinvest Group, which owns a total of 9 ha of land in the locality, is also preparing residential and offi ce development in the former Interlov brownfield near the junction of the D1 motorway and the South Ring Road in the direction of the Krč Forest, which will start in the coming year with the construction of another offi ce building named Sequoia.

The Passerinvest Group, an investment and development company whose flagship project is Prague’s Brumlovka (BB Centrum), has begun the construction of the new Roztyly Plaza office building. The building, with a total area of 23,300 m2 from the workshop of the architect studio Aulík Fišer architekti, is going up right by the Roztyly metro station (C line) in Prague 4. Apart from the office function, the project also offers a public P+R parking lot and several retail units, which will significantly expand the local civic amenities.
