The award was given for the construction of the Roztyly Plaza office building, which stands out for its exceptionally sophisticated architecture, emphasis on sustainability and innovative approach to the urban space. The results of the competition were announced in a ceremony in June 2025 in the Fanta Hall of the historic Fanta Building in Prague’s Main Station. Fifty-one projects were nominated in the competition. The expert jury particularly appreciated how the building is incorporated harmoniously into the surrounding environment, the use of state-of-the art technologies to reduce energy consumption and the creation of a high-quality public space around the building. Roztyly Plaza is notable for its modern design and outstanding sustainability parameters. The building has BREEAM Excellent In-Use certification, uses rainwater management systems and has extensive green spaces, including roof gardens. The revitalisation of the adjacent public space is also an integral part of the project, with new pedestrian zones and rest areas being created.
